Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday. Move in is at 3pm, move out is 10 am. Winter rentals available (Oct.-May) 10% Discount on total rental if 2 or more consecutive weeks are rented. Security deposit of $150 taken at time of lease signing. Payment terms are as follows: Security deposit ($150) plus 50% of total rent amount due at signing. Remaining 50% due 60 days prior to occupancy.
